If I could rate it lower I would. They are wrong for charging the excessive daily fees. The daily fees are higher then the daily use of electricity it’s ridiculous they take advantage of the poor and low income. Highly recommend that you find another company to get electric from.
Response: Mr Davidson- Your comments state that you are highly dissatisfied with the service because of the daily fee. This fee includes up to the first 17 KWH at no additional charge, your pro-rated monthly TDSP fixed charge etc. If you consume very low levels of electricity then the plan may not work for you. If you consume an average to above average amount, it’s a good value in alignment with the prices for any major competitor . Call us at 888 963 9363 with any questions you may have. If you get some power saving light bulbs, this electricity company is your BESTFRIEND. Before the power-saving light bulbs my daily average was 20$ and now its 3$. They work!! Got them off of Amazon. Best no deposit electricity company ever.
