Those comments reflect a very bad situation that anyone would be upsept about. We are unable to locate your account but if you call us at 888 963 9363 a supervisor can review your billing . The setup and payment is extremely easy and the text and email alerts on how much money I have available in my account is amazing.

We love Payless Power. Only thing we don’t like is the $5 fee if we make a payment under $75. Sometimes, all I have for the last few days of the month is $30 and it’s enough to get me to next payday. But other than that it’s great. We have a very large house and don’t spend a whole lot of time at home, so we’re actually paying for what we use, not what they think we use like previous contracted company.
