Love how quick and easy it is to pay and add funds to account this is the first time I ever done the online and it was way faster and easier than calling in although representatives make is quick and easy as well over I am very happy with the services of Payless power

Response: Hola Sr. López, El 8/15/22 recibimos un correo electrónico de usted. Vemos por qué estaba consternado y molesto. Primero que nada, vemos que sus servicios están conectados y vemos la razón por la que se retrasó su reconexión. Lo que sucedió fue que su cuenta ya estaba desconectada, usted debio haber realizado un pago de $20.00 más su saldo negativo para que el sistema enviará su order de reconexión automaticamente. La forma en que puede evitar esto en el futuro, es siguiendo el mismo proceso si se desconecta su servicio (pague $20.00, más su saldo negativo) o evitar su desconexión manteniendo su saldo positivo. Lamentamos mucho que este inconveniente le haya afectado a usted y a su familia, por favor, Sr. Lopez no dude en llamarnos si tiene alguna otra pregunta sobre su cuenta o desea información sobre posible asistencia para mantener su cuenta positiva. You’re charging me amounts I never agreed to your name should be paymore cuz we say so I was poor before but after you reached my pocket and take what you want I’m even poorer I just paid the minimum of $20 plus $5 so that y’all would accept my money and just like that my balance is $17 and change in an instance without even using any electricity thanks a lot paymore cuz we say so I’m leaving y’all guys ASAP good riddance
Response: Mr Galvan- You are stating that you are upset due to the minimum payment fee. Fees can be frustrating but there is a way to avoid them each time. Your account should that you usually make payments of $40.00 or more. Did you know that if you enroll in autopay you can make payments as low as $40.00 with no fee?
