Absolutely terrible experience with Payless power. Switch to any other provider if you can. Payless has terrible rates and bad customer service.

Extreme weather results in more energy used to keep your home comfortable. Locked my account when I was trying to make a payment. Tried to call customer service 4 different times today and always go a busy signal. Worst service ever and I’ve payed almost $60 for 2 days of electricity and I don’t even have Central A/C. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

It’s an easy company to sign up..but they don’t have any services to help there customers..there rates are ridiculous high every week you have a different rate that you pay ..I feel it is not worth it.i wouldn’t recommend to get lights through this company
