Ya stop the churchs from helping people with they light bill telling them that have to go paid it at a money gram now alot people are going to be without light

We do accept pledges from verified organizations including churches. We also accept credit card payments unless there is an account suspected of fraud. Definitivamente hice una mala elección al contratar con esta compañía, en la anterior pagaba 110 por mes y aquí pago 100 por una semana …. lamentablemente mi compañía anterior no tiene cobertura en mi nueva dirección, no la recomiendo!!

Entiendo la importancia de su mensaje ya que nos informa su inconformidad sobre la manera que se a facturado su cuenta. Haciendo revision de su cuenta, puedo entender su molestia. Usted comenta que con su proveedor previo, pagaba $110 al mes y con Payless Power, Paga $100 por semana. Tambien comenta que su direccion es nueva y su proveedor previo no puede darle servicio asi que inicio con Payless Power. La cuenta se creo el 12/19/2023 y el servicio inicio el 12/29/2023. En mi opinion, el consumo se a mantenido bajo, con un promedio de entre 20 a 30 kilowatts al dia. Si hay dias que se eleva un poco la temperatura. El reporte mas alto es la factura de el dia 02/14/2024. Reconocemos que esto impacto a muchos de nuestros clientes al no recibir una factura completa y despues recibir dos al mismo tiempo. Puedo confrimarle que el consumo que se reporta es correcto. Payless Power no lee su medidor, estas lecturas son manejadas por medio de su distribuidor local, Oncor. Usted puede confirmar las lecturas registrando su medidor en smartmetertexas.com. Usted tiene derecho de eligir que compania le da servicio. Al cambiarse de proveedor, se le aplicara un cobro de $99 por terminacion anticipada. Si usted se muda de domicilio y nos informa que se a mudado, no se le aplicara este cobro, siempre y cuando nos provee con una copia de su arrendamiento nuevo. Una estrella es mucho . No sé dejen engañar No la recomiendo. Porque cale 3 semanas ahorrando. Y me di cuánta que las facturas eran las mismas que cuando estaba el frío fuerte. Es la peor compañía que pude aver encontrado me deje llevar por las reseñas. Llame y en lugar ayudarme se enojan y amenazan con cobra el contrato si uno se quiere salir. Son unos inconscientes!! 😡😡Y más porque vivo sola con mis niños ye la paso trabajando y solo entro a dormir. 😡😡😡

Me imagino que se refiere a las facturas recientes en comparacion al frio artico que paso por nuestro estad el mes de Enero. Lo mas cercano al consumo que puedo ver es que en el dia 21 de Enero, se reportaron 45 kilovatios consumidos. La temperatura alta en ese dia, de acuerdo a accuweather.com, fue de 35 grados y la baja fue de 24 grados. El dia 02/14/2024, usted recibio una factura de 38 kilovatios. Este es por el consumo de dos dias en un solo bil. Es decir, que el 14, se lo cobro por el consume de el dia 11 y 12 de Febrero. El dia 11 se reportaron 12.32 kwhs y el 12 de Febrero se reportaron 21.15 kwhs. La razon por la cual se le cobro dos dias en una sola factura es porque el dia 13 de Febrero, no hubo cobro por el consumo de el dia 11 de Febrero. Reconocemos que esto impacto a muchos de nuestros clientes al no recibir una factura y despues recibir dos al mismo tiempo. Puedo confrimarle que el consumo que se reporta es correcto. They connected the wrong meter number and I have been paying the upstairs apt for months now and didn’t know till my light got disconnected and found out they never had it connected to my apt but to someome else’s..I’ve been on phone with them all day and not one person figured it out I had to myself

Always have trouble paying automatic system always puts you threw loops and hangs up on you. Deny the card for no reason now account is blocked.. I have asthma and need to take breathing treatments every 2 to 4 hours and it’s going to turn my lights off due to me not being able to get through to make my payment I also have for young children this system is very hard to work with I have the money to add but yet it won’t let me

Bill sky rocketed over the last 2 weeks. I’m paying daily and I’m the only in my household. Gone most of the day at work and still threaten with disconnection daily. New service agreement is crap and I will not agree to it. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Y’all pls look harder and longer because this company ain’t it.
Response: Hello- We were not able to locate your account under your email. Many customers did experience very high usage during the January Arctic Blast. This was not due to increased rates though. The amount of power that central heat requires to heat a home during prolonged sub-freezing temperatures is considerable. Much higher in fact that the energy it takes to cool a home in 100 degree temps. You are correct in that you can switch providers with no penalty for 14 days following the delivery of the new Terms of Service.
