Y’all are full of ****! Yesterday I had 4 days and I wake up this morning with 1. Every time electricity goes out you all knock my days down to one this is ridiculous and you all are a JOKE!

We want to make it clear that how many days remain on your account is estimated and not at all an exact number, much like a gas gauge. It will change depending on any fees applied to the account and your usage, which is impacted by things like colder weather. I called several months ago about my bill. I am getting two bills still. I switched from Gexs to Payless Power and I am still getting two bills. One from Gexa and one from you guys. The representative, I spoke to said that she would put in a ticket to switch the service months ago. I am still paying the very high bill at gexa which is why I switched and paying your bill also. Can someone please fix this without impacting me too much?

Unfortunately, attempts to pay the bill were unsuccessful. The site does not let me log into my account because it thinks I am a fraud, a fraud in what?! I just want to pay my bill. The support service wants to talk to me until 5 pm, but how should I talk if I am at work at that time. The site is absolutely not finished and there is no customer focus. We will change the supplier.

I’ve been using this prepaid electricity service for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The convenience of monitoring my usage and recharging when needed has made budgeting so much easier. I appreciate the flexibility it offers and how simple it is to stay in control of my energy costs. The only thing I’d suggest is improving customer service response times, as it can take a bit longer than expected to get assistance when needed. That said, the service itself works reliably, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient prepaid option!

I don’t!!!! Recommend to nobody if you want lights do not pick this company they don’t work with you even when you have been with them for years!! Extra money do everything even to get them cut on !! Then negative the next day !! So keep your money !! And find somthing better!!
