Worst experience ever.. ripped off on the money .. they said while signing up no contract and use post paid plan and then when disconnected they charged money as early termination. i will not recommend this comany

Your alerts are NOT accurate or time efficient. Twice this week I have had my electric shut off in the middle of my work from home job with no prior notice. The other day I got the alert about disconnect while I was laying in bed after having already dealt with it. Please fix your alert system

My only issue is the website security cause I am always locked out for fraud prevention but I like there are many others ways to pay….
