Love the company but workers is very rude lady was pretty much arguing with me hung up on me!! would give 5 stars but i would say having rude people working is going to constantly get bad reviews… Should look into that!

Suggestion. Before you submit payment. There needs to be a confirmation your payment amount. Also in your automated payment. I could not get pass the putting my card year. It went silent. Glad you added the option to store your cards over the phone.

My electricity facts label says my daily charge is $2.67 for up 17kwh. I haven’t been home in a week, using 2kwh per according to your texts, yet you’re charging me $2.88 daily… Why?
