I think the service is good for people aren’t able to pay a lot of money on light and able to pay what they can makes things a lot easier for some people. Great customer service. At least the ones I have encountered with.

I use to pay for what I used, now I have to pay whether I use energy or not. $3/day is alot for not using any power. Not happy with this new change. I do like the automaticity of the service, how I can pay for it from my phone and its immediate.

This includes the first 17 kwh in the daily fee, also will save you money during the high usage months.
