They get the service ready same day I requested, daily updates in your consumption rate which allow you to control it. You can monitor your status rate in the web page. Price is very acceptable.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! I do not have this company as my utility provider, nor do I plan to ever use them! This company withdrew money from my account and they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor or management when I call. Customer service is horrible!

Unfortunately, since you do not have a Payless Power account, the only action that can be done is for you to report the fraudulent charges to both your bank and the authorities. Nobody Has a negative review Sometimes 20 isn’t on the card to pay fully so a minimum could decrease.

I absolutely love everything about your service. You’re the best company for people. Low income literally other than changing all my light bulbs and everything I could to energy efficient. The only thing I’ve done is change to you guys as my electric writer and I have saved so much money. It’s been such a blessing. I even talk about you guys on tick tok all the time and say there’s not a better electric provider out there. Hands down. Best decision I ever made. I was stressed about the prepaid in the beginning but it’s been the best decision I ever made switching to you guys
