Unfortunately, attempts to pay the bill were unsuccessful. The site does not let me log into my account because it thinks I am a fraud, a fraud in what?! I just want to pay my bill. The support service wants to talk to me until 5 pm, but how should I talk if I am at work at that time. The site is absolutely not finished and there is no customer focus. We will change the supplier.

I’ve been using this prepaid electricity service for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The convenience of monitoring my usage and recharging when needed has made budgeting so much easier. I appreciate the flexibility it offers and how simple it is to stay in control of my energy costs. The only thing I’d suggest is improving customer service response times, as it can take a bit longer than expected to get assistance when needed. That said, the service itself works reliably, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient prepaid option!

I don’t!!!! Recommend to nobody if you want lights do not pick this company they don’t work with you even when you have been with them for years!! Extra money do everything even to get them cut on !! Then negative the next day !! So keep your money !! And find somthing better!!

You can call our automated system or check the Payless Power My Account Portal to see if you qualify. The fees that increase when you make a payment of less than 100 cause the amount to go up everytime I was paying 4to 5 a day now it’s 8to 9 but only when I pay less than 100 at a time

Service fee is for under $75 payments is pretty high for those that can not make payments of that amount

This company is a Rip off! It’s very expensive and they do not care about their customers. I know some of these reviews have to come from staff or people that have never dealt with other electricity companies before. I would give -0 rates because that’s what they deserve -0.

Response: Hi Juan, and thank you for contacting us. Your comments state that you are upset because a switch-hold is in place on your account. Please note that a switch-hold can only be placed on an account if the customer requests and accepts a deferred payment plan. A deferred payment plan or DPP, allows customers with a past due balance to repay it in manageable installments instead of having to pay the full amount to reconnect service. It will then be released upon the repayment of the deferred balance. A deferred payment plan can also be paid off early and Payless Power will never charge a penalty for doing so.
