It’s an alright service. Don’t like the fact that power immediately gets cut off after non payment, left my dog in the heat for several hours while I’m at work because of that reason.

While customers will be at risk of a disconnection should their balance fall below $0, they have until 12pm noon to make sufficient payment or request for any of our extension options. I’m not going to give it a 3 or more on the stars because it says it’s cheap free nights n weekends but we will see once we get the first bill

They suck need better prices and cheaper rates

Very poor service and poor communication skills. They are useless in keeping me updated with my lights and are always using more power than necessary.

Its very expensive at almost $20 a day.
