I don’t!!!! Recommend to nobody if you want lights do not pick this company they don’t work with you even when you have been with them for years!! Extra money do everything even to get them cut on !! Then negative the next day !! So keep your money !! And find somthing better!!

The fees that increase when you make a payment of less than 100 cause the amount to go up everytime I was paying 4to 5 a day now it’s 8to 9 but only when I pay less than 100 at a time

This company is a Rip off! It’s very expensive and they do not care about their customers. I know some of these reviews have to come from staff or people that have never dealt with other electricity companies before. I would give -0 rates because that’s what they deserve -0.

This company sucks then they put a meter hold on to **** you over more i do not recommend this company to even my worst enemy

Please note that a switch-hold can only be placed on an account if the customer requests and accepts a deferred payment plan. A deferred payment plan or DPP, allows customers with a past due balance to repay it in manageable installments instead of having to pay the full amount to reconnect service. It will then be released upon the repayment of the deferred balance. A deferred payment plan can also be paid off early and Payless Power will never charge a penalty for doing so.
