My service was cut off I paid and it still not on
Response: Ms Patterson – You comments state that you paid to have your power reconnected but it had not been restored at the time you wrote your review. Any delays can be extremely frustrating when it comes to restoring power. Our records show that you were able to contact us last night and your power was restored in about 3 hours. Please note that with remote meters , the normal time is within 2 hours however this can be delayed after hours as Oncor doesn’t not have the same staffing resources as they would during the day. If an order has to be processed manually additional time may be needed. Luckily, it appears that your power was restored without an lengthy delay. 888 963 9363 Published on May 03, 2023
