Looking at your case here, we were not able to start services because your local TDSP (Transmission and Distribution Provider) requires a permit from your city to proceed with the order to start service. I usually have good service and no complaints but today I payed my bill and it shows my account balance in the positive but my electricity is still off and I have four kids at home and my youngest is only one and a half and she has an immune disease. I don’t have many friends or family around here and can’t afford a hotel room. So I don’t get why my electric is still off and has been for hours. There’s no power outages or anything

In regards to your case, it seems that the payment you made to your account not sufficient to have your services restored. Please remember that in order to have your electricity restored, you must bring your account to a positive $20 balance at the minimum. I feel like I’m paying more than I’m using I’ve paid over $90 this week alone and I don’t be at home and the rate steady seams to go up $8 a day that still doesn’t equal to what I should have on my usage

As the weather becomes cooler, customers may see an increase in their overall consumption of power. Other factors to consider are house insulation and water heater usage. Always there are mistakes and the customer service is barely effective. I spent almost 4-5hrs of my time explaining my problem with your billing and it still hasn’t been resolved.

I’ve been using this prepaid electricity service for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The convenience of monitoring my usage and recharging when needed has made budgeting so much easier. I appreciate the flexibility it offers and how simple it is to stay in control of my energy costs. The only thing I’d suggest is improving customer service response times, as it can take a bit longer than expected to get assistance when needed. That said, the service itself works reliably, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient prepaid option!

I don’t!!!! Recommend to nobody if you want lights do not pick this company they don’t work with you even when you have been with them for years!! Extra money do everything even to get them cut on !! Then negative the next day !! So keep your money !! And find somthing better!!
