When payments are received after 12:00 p.m., the disconnection process has already begun, and unfortunately, we’re unable to stop it at that point. However, once your payment is processed, a reconnection order is sent immediately, and services are typically restored within two hours. We know timing can be tricky, and we’re here to help make things smoother moving forward. At lowest Payless was there for me. I’m 69 yrs cancer patient & I was struggling on a fixed income not being able to pay a high light bill of 300$ or 400$ + tax a mth. Then I saw the add on TV & Facebook & decided to call & the rate they offered was excellent. I live alone & on the average my daily rate is $6.57 a day. God I’m so grateful for Payless power company. The service with compassion & understanding like family sticking together when in need. Thank you Payless power for making my life less stressful not having to worry bout being in the dark. Awesome company yes you are. 🙏🙏

Today as of 9/29 I will not ever use these people ever again!! They’ll find a reason to charge you I went away for the summer so electric wasn’t used smh they went in and charged me $522 and said the system made a mid back in may and charged me for them months smh mind you my bill never been under $400 !!! Been with them for a year and 4 months
