I feel like Payless power could do better to protect there customers and our community by not turning of electrical service residential on or during heat waves or during winter months especially during snow or temperatures below 42 degrees. And thoughts on that? And how is this legal what if an elder or child were have died during there negligence.

The state of Texas determines on a county wide basis which accounts should be protected against disconnection due to weather conditions. The State will only allow a local electric utility to complete a disconnection as long as there is not a weather moratorium effective in that county. Your server is very convenient especially in emergency situations. Also your website is easy to navigate and the electricity is on and going strong. Thank you guys for all that you offer. Horrible company! I was out of town for 3 days and SOMEHOW WAS CHARGED 15$ a day for the electricity I used WTF ?? Everything was off even my ac. It’s a scam
