Everything’s easy as just didn’t like the fact that they changed my day rate

Love the speedy process to pay,wish payment extensions were still available
Response: Good morning Laquanta, Thank you for the review. Glad we can make your payment method much easier. The reason why payment extensions are no longer available is due to now offering a grace period, from the time your account balance falls negative you will have till the following day before 11 am to make a payment or call in to request a Deferred Payment Plan, a $25 credit applied giving you the option to extend the service with this credit applied depending how usage is consumed.Also you can pay it back all in full when you make your next payment,or let the weekly installments be deducted till the deferred payment plan is paid back. I do not recall any text regarding percentage increase. It appears that I ‘m paying at least 30 dollars more per month.
Response: Hello and thank you for the feedback we do not send out messages with percentage increases we don't have contracts so you are subject to kilowatt rate increase as well as when the price goes down that gets passed on to the customer which is good so your not stuck paying high kilowatt rates while in a contract we also offer discounts such as a 20% percent discount simply by keeping your balance above $35 and if your using more than 17 kilowatts you get a daily discount!
