I love payless power and controlling my power usage. Making payments is easy and the customer service is always outstanding. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the website has been down for a month and I still am unable to log-in to my account. Besides that they are a great and wonderful company.

I have a customer for almost 2 years & I have saved a lot of money having Payless Power as my electricity provider. I’ve been happy with the customer service that they have given over the phone & the options that they give customers just in case are negative. I definitely would recommend them to other friends & family members.

the rates are expensive to me but it will be ok for now i guess but less is more….
