Not exactly sure what to do yet. Have not been with the company for very long. However the sign up pieces was pretty straight forward and easy and was done completely online and service was turned on within a couple of hours once initial payment was made and account was set up in the system.

I have had a good experience with Payless Power over the last two years. I would recommend Payless to anyone who cannot afford a large down payment with a big electric company. They are straightforward and quick. Satisfied customer.
