I started out using this company because it was easy to set up on my new home and expenses had me tight on cash. Things are much better now financially but the awesome customer service, ease of payments, electric bill money saving tips, and transparency has kept me a customer and not wanting to change to any of the traditional companies. These guys are crooks they continue to bill me after I canceled service and won’t delete my card info
Response: Mr Clinton- You comments state that payless power bills you after you cancelled your service and that our company will not delete your credit card from your account. Having such an understanding would upset anyone and is a serious issue . After reviewing your, account I do see that your credit card was in fact deleted today . I also see that after receive your request to cancel service 10 days ago you were not charged for any additional usage, taxes or fees. You did receive one additional charge for a few cents from underbilled usage from before you cancelled service but then received a credit back for more than that amount this week. I will have a supervisor reach out to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the notifications because they can potentially be confusing.
