I recently just started with payless power it’s been a couple months ! I love it because I feel like it’s easier to be in control of the power used in my house.they send me a daily balance text, so it’s easy to stay on top of my bill.Thankyou Payless Power for “lighting up our life”!

I really like the daily messages that let you know where your balance is at, and like the fact that you can control how much electricity output you can have within your apartment. I’ve just recently started, so I hope this keeps up! Just gotta get certain power saving energy lights and your bill should be positive easily.

Simple and efficient account setup, great rates, and I never have to worry about forgetting to pay the bill with the auto pay feature. I will never buy my electricity any where else!!!

Wouldn’t give them any stars if I could worse service I’ve ever had they don’t answer your complaints I’ve been being charged way more than I should be and I can’t even get them on the phone just automated systems. Would not recommend to anyone that doesn’t like being robbed.

Not sure what happened to this energy company, but ever since their so called Billing system update, it’s being ridiculously HIGH!!!! and No statement to view or see!!! Would have given them a zero star but it’s Not available☹️

Response: Edith, First, we thank you for staying with us through our new changes and systems. We believe these new systems are a massive improvement for everyone, as well as the new customer portal. Our rates haven't changed since the new system change, but the weather has definitely been a factor here in north Texas. Even if you aren't home, your home requires more energy to keep its temperature because of how cold it gets. Payless Power can only bill for what the meter reads, just like other electric companies. Don't forget, you can get instant 20% savings on your bill when you keep your account balance at $35! Published on February 14, 2018

Very pass poor company just easy to get started . I would never recommend this company to any one ( even the devil himself) the customer service is awful no one knows a answer . your bill is so high, you are not paying less AT ALL…
