Sometimes rates increase
Response: Good morning Tiffany, Thank you so much for your feedback it's greatly appreciated. Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. If you have any questions regarding your account please reach out to our customer care dept 888-963-9363. Service is very convenient and customer service representatives are extremely helpful, offer advice, and suggest solutions. Customers are concerned with maintaining electricity in their homes and sometimes need assistance in times of financial difficulties, and this company offers those solutions.
