Love Payless just miss the extension on bill
Response: Good morning Terrinique, thank you so much for your feedback it's greatly appreciated(: Yes we do apologize for no longer offering the extension till 5pm same day. But what we do offer now is when billing runs at 9 A.M in case your balance falls negative that day you will have till the following day before 11 A.M to make a payment or call in to request a deferred payment plan. I really like this service and it’s definitely cheaper then going through the electric company so prepaid is definitely the way to go but my daily cost was $0.88 and now it’s around a dollar something everyday and I don’t really know why but for the most part I’m happy with the service

Great way to get electric alyhoough I think the rates are pretty high

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more.
