I recently just started with payless power it’s been a couple months ! I love it because I feel like it’s easier to be in control of the power used in my house.they send me a daily balance text, so it’s easy to stay on top of my bill.Thankyou Payless Power for “lighting up our life”!

I really like the daily messages that let you know where your balance is at, and like the fact that you can control how much electricity output you can have within your apartment. I’ve just recently started, so I hope this keeps up! Just gotta get certain power saving energy lights and your bill should be positive easily.

Simple and efficient account setup, great rates, and I never have to worry about forgetting to pay the bill with the auto pay feature. I will never buy my electricity any where else!!!

Wouldn’t give them any stars if I could worse service I’ve ever had they don’t answer your complaints I’ve been being charged way more than I should be and I can’t even get them on the phone just automated systems. Would not recommend to anyone that doesn’t like being robbed.

Our Automated System is a way of helping people who just need quick answers, but our customer service team is always available during normal business hours. Give us a call at 888-963-9363 if you are willing to give us another chance. As for your billing, at Payless Power, we only bill based on meter reads, just like other electric companies.
