Small things like being able to get an extension until 4:30 or 5:00 pm instead of 11am and customer service appearing to want to help if u where -.36 short, even if they had exhausted all avenues, has made us continue to stay with you guys, but something seems to have changed.

Response: Keep in mind we do offer a few different ways to qualify for additional rate discounts. The first, is to keep your account balance above 35.00 at all times, and secondly, if you use more than 17 KWH per day you are eligible for another discount!!
