They make the initial sign up to complicated. But I like the service.. maybe the rates can be lowered a little for existing customers over time

I love payless power and controlling my power usage. Making payments is easy and the customer service is always outstanding. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the website has been down for a month and I still am unable to log-in to my account. Besides that they are a great and wonderful company.
