It’s ok but being charged more for having a low balance is pure greed and makes no sense. Should be ashamed to take advantage if people but you’re not.

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more.
