I hate having to register just to make a payment!!

With the new customer portal you do have full access to your account details so we did have to implement so extra security measures to protect your information however you should only have to register once and if you click the remember me box when logging in you can gain easy access through the link sent in your text. I love this company, I get text messages daily and know exactly how much electricity I use. Making payments are very easy and you get a text for confirmation.
