At initial set up, my email was incorrect so I couldn’t make a payment and the were closed by the time I got off. After that was resolved, it’s been great! Great rates, easy to pay and text reminders keep me up to date with whats going on. There is a lag in the daily usage … wish it could be real time or just one day behind not two. But other than that they’re okay with me
