prefer the old updates that listed the daily dollar amount usage ,not just kwh usage

Yes our text messages do not show dollar amount,however on the online portal does have the option in viewing your Transaction History. Just click on the account tab, transaction history should appear, once the dates are displayed on the screen to view it in detail to see what exactly the charges were for. Now the transaction history only shows for the past 30 days if you would like a statement for all charges your are more than welcome to call in to our customer care dept. 888-963-9363 to request this statement. This service is terrific! I get daily usage alerts, the price is excellent, I can add money whenever I want. The new interface rocks and I have always experienced excellent customer service. I got texted to death for a minute there when they changed over, but I got really nice “don’t freak out” apologies also. I also keep a good amount (over $50 at all times but usually over $100) credit on the account. Now, there are some rachet people throwing shade about some strange things on the reviews, but I have never had that kind of experience. Try it. Open an account with a good amount, $250 let’s say, and then you can tweak your usage with the daily text. We left the HVAC ON 68F, crap, $4. We remembered to put it on auto 78F, $2. Huge savings, really helpful to see how we use energy. I would recommend Payless to anyone, especially someone on a budget, with irregular income (self employed like myself). You still have to budget, and when you get a big check, pay a big amount and then it lasts for a month or two. I really have had a terrific experience 99.9% of the time, thus far.
