You should offer entering bank info, so that the convenience fee is waived…that’s all.

Very bad. Nobody answer the call. Minimum payment, and fee charge for each payment. You have to pay a lot of extra.

You turned my lights off as soon as I paid the bill and my account was still positive.
Response: Hello- Your review states that you made a payment but your power was disconnected anyway even though you had a positive balance. This is something that would concern anyone . A review of your account shows that the disconnection was submitted before the payment posted and was completed right at that time.
