If your balance falls below $35 just make a payment to bring it back over the threshold and the discount will resume on your next invoice. If you use over 2000 KWH in a service month we will add a $35 credit regardless of your balance through the month! That's 2 great ways to save!
I love PAYLESS POWER as well as their customer service! but I do wish you guys accepted American express, I have to use a separate card just to pay my electric bill. Other than that you guys rock!!

I am pleased at the service from Paylesspower. Y’all have fast service and reliable electricity services. One call and I was switched to Paylesspower electricity. We enjoy the satisfaction knowing that our balance is always sent to use by message or email allowing us to know the remaining balance on our electricity so we can keep track of the money on the balance. Great customer service. Easy to use and make payments. The only complaint I have is I wish they took American Express cards. I had to get a separate card just for them and sometimes its a hassle when all my money is on my american express. Other than that no complaints or problems.

This summary is similar to a bank statement and provides your total of payments, daily balances, usage and other important usage statistics.
