Could improve on call waiting time
Response: Thank you Evelyn for your marvelous review!!! We strive daily to make life easier for all our customers with making payments on the electric bill and seeing their daily usage. We apologize if you have waited to speak to a live representative for a long period of time, it is something we have been working on to change, we do offer the option for us to call our customers back if they can not hold, and the payless portal has been updated so that our customers can navigate and make adjustments with out having to call in and be put on hold!!!
