Customers are billed based on the amount of electricity they consume, and if more is used they may see a larger charge. Customers will typically consumer more electricity during the summer and winter times with the usage of air and heating units for their respective seasons. You can always review your billing via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com as it will break down what charges you receive on each of your bills. In regards to reaching a live representative, you can contact us at 1-888-963-9363 We have Customer Care Representatives available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM We offer after hours email support at [email protected] with these hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 Pm on Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday Published on February 14, 2025

I’m paying up to almost 12 dollars a day this is crazy seriously. I’m so not happy or satisfied with this company

I wish There was better education on the browser. It seems that I always get an error of fraud saying that I have out on my end. The agent never explained it will help me go through the correct way.
