PaylessPower gives me a chance to pay a little or pay a lot (when I have extra money). I enjoy seeing the amount of electricity I use each day, even though it is approximately 3 days behind. I Love payless Power!!! 😉

Response: We love your fantastic review Kathy!! We like to give the control of how much power they use daily and how much money they can put towards the bill while managing their finances!!! We do bill 2 days behind because we have to wait for the tdsp to collect the data from the meter every 24 hours and then they give us the readings, and we in turn then send out the usage readings to our customers!!! I like that I don’t get a monthly bill , I pay as I go when I have money to put in my account and I don’t have a due date . It’s good for me when you live check to check .. thank you for having this program.

This is way easier to pay than calling in or going to a location to pay..two thumbs up!!

Extensions could be in proved when in negative balance you can provide at least three hours after 11am due for disconnect provided we call just a thought thank u

If for some reason a customer needs a few more hours to make a payment before a disconnection goes out please call our customer service line at 888-963-9363 so that we can possibly protect the account for a few hours as a one time courtesy!! :) Published on April 18, 2018
Great service but employees could be more friendly.So just do not ever forget a password or security code ,because they wont tell you nothing without it. And its sad because i have memory problems
