Very easy to manage your account n you are always aware of how much electricity u are using. Good rates. My bill has been very low.

Payless is great and I recommend this provider to everyone I know and those I meet. They are patient and have always given us time to pay even when we were in the red. Go Payless Power. Freddy Kilowatt can’t amp up to this company!

No credit check and easy to use! The only problem I have had was in the beginning with the initial payment. The people at the CVS I went to by my home were rude, ignorant of the service and payment process, and unhelpful. The “red phone” that was there was filthy and smelly. It smelled like dirty feet that had been soaking in feces in the Texas summer sun for a week. When I insisted that the associate with CVS needed to clean it, she ignored me. Then, when she finally DID acknowledge me, she made a smart mouthed comment under her breath. When I again insisted that it be cleaned prior to my using it, she begrudgingly wiped it down with some towel she obtained from under the cabinet and said, “There! I cleaned it.” and walked away. It took two associates and almost 45 minutes to attempt to make the initial payment, and the payment was still never successful. I finally had to call in to customer service and make a payment by phone.

Nice to be able to see what I use daily and make adjustments on my usage instead of having a high electric bill come in once s month and not knowing what I used .
