This is the most budget friendly utility service I’ve ever used, even when money is tight you dont have to fear disconnect because the daily usage and balance alerts keep you aware of how muxh power ypure using daily.

Payless power has the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! We’ve never had any problems. It’s easy to put money on the account and I like being able to see how much we’re using each day. We put $100 every month and we never seem to use more than $40 worth of electricity every month. (So we have a positive balance of $150-$170 every month). I was with another company about five years ago that wasn’t pay as you go and my bill was a little more than $200 every month and I barely spent any time in my one bedroom apartment. I can’t say enough good things about payless power. I’ve never been over billed and it was easy to transfer my credits from one account (address) to another. I don’t see why everyone doesn’t use it!

I appreciate the ease of use and the ability of control due to daily alerts. I would like to see the daily amount added back to the daily alerts.
