Had this service for a while now. LOVE IT!! GREAT, daily immediate feedback on usage & cost. AWESOME for planning and to identify when we’re waiting energy use. Or for that matter, when we can splurge and use more!! EASY billing & payments! Just a couple of clicks; all online. Never issues w/ outages!!

Once your payment is processed, we immediately send a reconnection order to the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP). They complete these requests in the order they receive them, and while most reconnections happen within about two hours, it can take longer if the meter cannot be reconnected remotely. If your power is still off, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-888-963-9363 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM), and we’ll work with you to ensure everything is moving forward. Las compañías eléctricas son: Oncor en el área metropolitana de Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex y en varias partes del oeste de Texas; CenterPoint Energy en Houston y zonas aledañas; AEP Central en Corpus Christi y zonas aledañas; AEP North en Abilene y otras comunidades del norte de Texas.
