Based off of customer service alone, this was an easy experience which started off not so great because there was a switch hold from a previous tenant! I was able to get this taken care off ASAP and make a payment!

Sign up was simple, payments are easy. I compared rates and plans of many available energy providers in my area in terms of convenience, affordability, and flexibility, and found this to be the most compatible with my needs. I love getting a daily notice of my usage as well as my balance! I always know exactly where I stand.
