Running same amount of electricity bills seems to be going up daily

You can verify using your Customer Portal & see how the weather affect usage. You can also audit these reading daily by viewing your usage on http://www.smartmetertexas.com. This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month.
