Needs to lower the kWh price at least 2 pennies

By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. This will help by paying the lowest KWH rate the plan offers. Always on pins and needles, service can be interrupted at any time any day, constantly need to add money daily or risk service being turned off, if you can have other service then use another service, this is a very last resort
Response: Simone- Thank you for commenting. After reviewing your account I show payments are either being made at the minimum or less than the minimum that is required. Also the amount of usage that is being consumed is causing the balance to go back to a negative balance and therefore having to constantly load funds on the account. Would recommend to add more funds so you could have more days worth of usage. If you ever need assistance on making a payment, Payless Power does offer a deferred payment plan this is a Payment arrangement where a credit is applied on the account to provide a few days worth of an service. Rates are alil to high. Wish they had a month to month plan
