I set up my Internet today and they told me that my electricity will be turned on between 4 to 6 hours but it’s still not turned on and I’m at the six hour mark and I’m not able to contact anybody to get any answers.

Out standing service the only thing it’s that they charge e the same even if I flip off all my breakers 🙁

Y’all make me panic. I have only a refrigerator and on cold evenings a small space heater in a small mobile home. I’m on a fixed budget. I don’t understand how I go through $5 a day? I’m hardly home. Yet it seems you’re company has it’s straws in my account constantly sucking energy and money from me. I haven’t had an account for a month and I spent MORE than a regular company. Get real.
