THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND I WILL EXPOSE THEM FOR CHARGING $1 + PER Kwh when I clearly states KWh prices in cents form not dollar

We hear your concern about the rate being shown as $1+ per kWh, and we want to help clarify what might be causing that discrepancy. In most cases, kWh rates are indeed listed in cents, and if you're seeing a dollar amount, it could be due to additional charges or fees bundled into the total cost per kWh on your bill or dashboard. Sometimes taxes, delivery fees, or usage tiers can affect how the final rate is displayed. To get to the bottom of this and ensure everything is accurate, we’d love to take a closer look at your account details. If you're open to it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team directly at 1-888-963-9363 during standard business hours which are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Brindamos nuestro servicio a clientes de más de 400 comunidades desreguladas de Texas. Trabajamos con las principales compañías de electricidad de todo el estado de Texas para ofrecer electricidad sin depósitos. Las compañías eléctricas son: Oncor en el área metropolitana de Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex y en varias partes del oeste de Texas; CenterPoint Energy en Houston y zonas aledañas; AEP Central en Corpus Christi y zonas aledañas; AEP North en Abilene y otras comunidades del norte de Texas.
