Once your payment is processed, we immediately send a reconnection order to the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP). They complete these requests in the order they receive them, and while most reconnections happen within about two hours, it can take longer if the meter cannot be reconnected remotely. If your power is still off, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-888-963-9363 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM), and we’ll work with you to ensure everything is moving forward.
