They charge WAY too much for “Pay as you go” I haven’t been home in two day and some how have used $40 worth of energy?! Total rip off.

With this you will receive 20% off your usage when the balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way to receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. The fees are too high, but I cannot afford a down payment to another company currently. When I am able to, I will change. It should be illegal to have this high of a bill each month.

Easy payment….. Need to give more customer credits for longevity and stability on accts

Daily charges don’t add up…gone all day every thing turned of uses 10 or 12$.home all day using everything on use 5$It’s like take whatever u feel like for the day

I don’t understand how my rates can go up n down from $4.00 a day to $12.00 a day when nothing changes
