Been with Payless for close to a year. I really do recommend this company. If you are in a bind and need service that day, they can do that. If your are switching providers and service is still active doesn’t matter Payless still can transfer the service with a much lower connection fee than most other company’s. My street has a transformer blow up and most of my surrounding neighbors around me didn’t have power back on for 10-15 mins after me. I’ve really had great service with Payless power.

Cost a bit high but very simple and fast, great service, worth the cost.

The website is helpful for payments however I wish I could see my monthly usage rather than having to wait for an email with a 3 page pdf.
