Rates could be lower so that our money goes further.
Response: Appreciate the nice review Shontaye!!! We strive to get the best rates per kilowatt for our customers. We do have the Flex pay discount that gives our customers a 20% discount towards the price per kilowatt if they keep the balance on the account above $35.00. We also offer Auto pay so that the account never goes below $35.00 so they always get the discount and will not be disconnected. The other discount we offer is a cheaper daily fee if the usage is above 17 kilowatts a day. We offer energy saving tips on the website or you can call in to customer care at 888-963-9363. I would give it 5 stars but I can’t access monthly invoices online.

There should be a 24 hour line to call. Also I think you should offer free nights or have rewards program.
