I like the idea of this payment plan but i don’t think there should be a minimum payment. I bought this house to rent and have 3 days left before my new tenant moves in and I am now paying $30 for 3 days of electric service for an empty duplex. It should be pay as you go and I will recommend my new tenants use this service as well; especially since they are the type that move around a lot and don’t like to be tied down to contracts.

If you would like to pay anything less than minimum required you are more than welcome to pay using money-gram.
