Process is easy but price is kinda high

Yes ma'am we have ways on lowering the KWH rate, if you always maintain a balance of $35 or more in the account so you can continue to receive our 20% Flex Pay discount. Also if you use more than 17 kwh a day there is between 0.50-0.75 cents discount depending of the TDSP that is in your area. if you have anymore questions please reach out to our customer care dept 888-963-9363. Payments made easy, the only thing that needs improvement is actually being able to view a statement.

You can also login on the online portal click under the "Transaction History" tab, to expand click on the days to see more detail information like charges & what they were billed for. Ok service but wish they would charge less per watt or i going to change my service
Response: Thank you for the feedback we have a few options to lower your bill such as signing up for autopay not only does it allow you to maintain your balance above $35 but it also allows you to get our 20% flex discount, also if you use more than 17 kilowatts a day you receive another daily discount!
