The daily emails help me stay aware of my kw usage and it’s super easy to make payments to my account. Enrolled in AutoPay for the discount and to take any worry about forgetting out of the equation. So far, so good!!

Great for real estate! You can check daily usage when contractors are there and cut it off immediately when tenants move in.

I like the business model and the ease of making a payment, but the verification of identity is a pain. This may be a Texas Law issue, but good grief, they ask more from you than if you were having a baby.
